Prayer and fasting deepen your relationship with God, allowing you to hear His voice more clearly and align with His will.
Fasting allows the body to reset and cleanse itself of toxins, improving energy and overall health.
The Details
Fasting Period: 6am to 4pm Monday to Wednesday. During these hours, abstain from food. You may drink water and unsweetened, non-caffeinated beverages.
After 4pm: You may resume eating regular meals, focusing on healthy choices (avoid dairy, red meat, fried, junk, or processed foods). Choose nourishing, whole foods to maximize the fast and support your body.
Daily Live Sessions: Join Dr. Judy on Zoom each day at 7pm EST for live teaching and prayer. The replay will be made available.
